We were tasked with evaluating existing practices and building a central DevOps team to support myBBC operations. Our work helped to form a cohesive DevOps strategy across decentralized teams, ensuring they could efficiently deliver new features and maintain a focus on continuous improvement.

Network Automation
We delivered a strategic telecommunication automation product for the management of core network services. Our work, based on Kubernetes custom resource definitions and Terraform, streamlined operations and provided core automation components, ensuring a more efficient and scalable solution.

Deployment Automation
We developed a Jenkins-driven, Python-based deployment solution that unified the single source of truth for all deployments. By automating hundreds of manual procedures, we significantly reduced the time required for a full production deployment from weeks to a matter of hours.

CI/CD Implementation
We were responsible for the architecture and implementation of continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Our work ensured the physical organization of source code and build artifacts across various teams, supporting the development and QA infrastructure for Amazon Instant Video products.

Graph Analytics
We developed a proof of concept for representing cloud usage data as a graph, augmented with internal data sources. This work involved creating graph models and implementing data import mechanisms to establish relationships between datasets, laying the groundwork for more advanced data visualizations and analysis.

Resilient Deployment
We created an air-gapped Kubernetes CI/CD workflow that allowed for a full working environment to be rebuilt from a single command-line interface. This solution enabled multi-cluster green-blue switching without any service downtime, providing a new level of operational control and business continuity for the client.

SaaS for NeuroCognitive Assessments
NeuxScience® bridges computational neuroscience and clinical care, providing rigorous yet accessibletools for clinicians, researchers, and patients. Its cloud-native, theory-driven design advancespersonalized, data-driven brain health rehabilitation.

Process Automation
We led an automation effort to transition teams from manual environment configuration to a fully automated deployment process. Our work streamlined the entire DevOps workflow, from source code to automated builds and deployments, eliminating manual intervention and improving efficiency.

Platform Modernisation
We updated their team with modern DevOps practices by implementing a flexible PaaS system for self-service microservices. We developed a Git-to-Docker packaging scheme, allowing for traceable and automated deployments based on Git commits, which greatly improved the efficiency of their strategic innovation labs.

DevOps Transformation
We provided the architecture and productionalization of a DevOps infrastructure for migrating the Virgin Media email system. By transforming the development team from a legacy monolithic approach to a modern system based on the HashiCorp stack, we streamlined their workflows and enabled more efficient operations.

Secure Infrastructure
We acted as the infrastructure lead for a highly secure and scalable UKTV content archiving solution. Our automation of deployment and configuration using AWS services and scripting ensured a robust system that could handle high-volume operations with strict networking and security requirements.

Infrastructure Automation
We architected and delivered a fully automated, multi-environment infrastructure solution, providing an API gateway for real-time visibility into network performance. Our approach created a geo-redundant, air-gapped system with a single source of truth, making the entire infrastructure more robust and easier to manage.

Identity Integration
We designed and developed a production-ready Centralized Identity Hub on Amazon Web Services. Our solution unified networking and role-based access control for global development toolchains, ensuring a hardened, secure, and fine-grained access control system for all deployments.

Cloud Migration
We successfully migrated their application into a containerized Kubernetes production environment on AWS. This project involved implementing auto-scaling groups and a data lake for live stream processing, and organizing an internal development network to accelerate testing scenarios.

Workflow Automation
We designed and coded a self-service system that streamlined DevOps workflows. By creating and maintaining dual AWS infrastructures with a Jenkins API master, we enabled automated infrastructure actions and provided a more efficient system for the data-mining team.
